120. (1) The FME, fiduciaries or any person involved in the activities as detailed in these regulations shall accurately and timely furnish such reports, returns, statements and particulars, in such manner, interval and form, as may be specified by the Authority from time to time.
(2) The Authority may call for any information, documents or records from FME and entities engaged by FME for any related functions on activities detailed under these regulations.
(3) Where any information is called for under sub-regulation (2) the FME shall furnish accurately within the time specified by the Authority.
