FundReg was founded by CS Prashant Kumar, a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with over 13 years of experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance and legal advisory.
He currently serves as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at Global Horizons Capital Advisors (IFSC) Private Limited, an IFSCA-licensed investment banking firm in GIFT IFSC. His professional experience includes working with regulatory frameworks governing financial services, alongside corporate governance, restructuring, IPO readiness and regulatory proceedings.
He is also the co-author of Audit Under Fire and has published articles in The Chartered Accountant, the journal of ICAI, and Chartered Secretary, the journal of ICSI.
FundReg reflects his vision of bridging the gap between regulatory texts and practical understanding through structured knowledge, professional learning and technology-enabled tools.
