Forms and formats guide

What each filing is, where it goes and what to watch for.

FME registration application

Filed on IFSCA's Single Window IT System (SWIT) with the declarations and undertakings in the First Schedule: that investment decisions, portfolio management and grievance handling will be carried out from IFSC, that KMPs will be based in IFSC and, for a branch, that its operations will be ring-fenced. The Word form in the source library is the 2022-regime form and is kept for reference only.

Scheme filing

Schemes are filed in the format set by IFSCA's ease-of-doing-business circular (April 2024). Green-channel schemes may launch once IFSCA communicates that the PPM is taken on record; the PPM carries IFSCA's 'for record only' disclaimer.
